Limitations & Responsibilities

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or penalties arising from platform policies, client-provided content, or external factors.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide (such as images, copy, or data) do not infringe on third-party rights.

Service Termination

  • Either party may discontinue services with a 30-day prior notice, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
  • All dues must be cleared before termination is finalized.
